When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email, phone number, facility address, cleaning requirements, and other information you include.
We use information to respond, evaluate possible provider matches, operate the service, prevent misuse, and understand performance. We may share a request with independent cleaning businesses that can evaluate the opportunity and contact you. Providers have their own privacy practices.
Hosting and analytics providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security, reliability, and traffic measurement.
We may receive caller ID, timestamps, connection status, and duration. If no provider accepts, we may invite you to leave a recorded voicemail after notice. Twilio routes calls and stores voicemail. We may share the message with a provider. Accepted live conversations are not recorded by Beaverton Clean.
You do not have to submit a request. Contact us to ask about information you provided or to stop sharing an open request. We may retain records reasonably needed for security, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations.
